The User Agreement (the Agreement) establishes the rules regulating relations between the Portal of acquaintances and the Affiliate participating the project Pen-Pal.

Accepting the given Agreement Affiliate confirms that he has read the Agreement and agreed with all it’s terms.

Affiliate has responsibility for the published materials:

• Forbidden publication of any confidential information belonging to other persons or organizations;
• Forbidden publication of any materials against the legislation in sphere of information technologies and mass media;
• Forbidden publication of materials discrediting honor and advantage of any persons including Affiliates of the project;
• Forbidden publication of materials propagandizing violence and interethnic enmity;
• Forbidden any political and religious propagation.

Accepting the given agreement Affiliate undertake:

• not be registered in the project more than once;
• to give a trustworthy information about itself;
• mislead and to not deceive other users;
• not use obscene expressions;
• not publish materials of any pornographic contents.

Payment for services and commissions payout are carried out by follow payment systems: WebMoney, Z-Payment and Alertpay. The rules and refund policy you can find on sites of the payment systems. We don’t make any transactions between payment systems.

Taxes from the earned money are paid by Affiliates in accordance with the tax laws country of residence.

Portal Administration reserves rights to change the given Agreement without any notification. Changes become valid right after publications on the Portal pages.

Administration has right to change content of Portal pages and add or remove any of services, both paid, and free, to change prices of services and their volume.

Administration warns that any completed payments not turned back.

Administration undertakes not to disclose Affiliate’s confidential information at any circumstances except of cases judicial trials stipulated by the legislation.

We also do not sustain any responsibility for possible moral and material losses brought by actions of Affiliates, breaking the given Agreement and copyrights of the third parties. All claims are on the Affiliate has broke the Agreement or copyrights.

Administration of the Portal has the right to remove any Affiliate from the program without warning for breach the given Agreement.
