The rating of Forms is added
The rating of Forms is counted up on 10 ball scale. All visitors and Affiliates can vote to up or down the current rating. One visitor or the Affiliate can vote only once for each Form. Voting for the own Form is not possible.
Further the most popular Forms will be placed in Leaders section. Form popularity is defined on its rating first then amount of viewings and acquaintances. Affiliates having the most popular Forms will take part on play of prizes, contests and etc..
We remind that voting occurs without page reloading and you have to switch on Java script on your browser to proceed the voting correctly.

Project Pen-Pal has started now!
Dear Affiliates of project Pen-Pal! Our program has started several days ago. All accessible services of the project work already though we continue testing services and their completion.
If you have noticed any failures on the Portal services or mistakes please inform us from the page Contacts.
The first Forms are already placed and we pay your attention to quality and contents of your Forms. We advise to turn the greatest attention on the photos placed in Blogs and Forms.
For the Portal design is not broken by photos of the various sizes we have entered the fixed sizes of a photo. All these sizes are published on the pages for adding Forms, News, photos, etc. Follow these sizes and your photo will be displayed without any distortions.
Please seriously approach to contents of your Forms.Do not place the Form consisting of pair nothing meaning phrases.
In fact your Form is your personal page and will be seen with millions
